When there’s a level playing field at work, women feel more valued and satisfied. Shocking, right? Who wouldn’t want to feel like they are valued for the work they do, regardless of gender?

Today, we’re not just talking about the pay gap, although that’s a big issue too. Many companies favor men for promotions and perks over women who are better qualified. At InHerSight, we dare to ask: “Do women and men have equal opportunities in your workplace?"
