Here are 5 companies in a variety of industries, from retail to tourism, with great management opportunities for women.

The last few decades of the 20th century saw an unprecedented increase in female professionals entering and succeeding in a traditionally male-dominated workforce.

But in recent years, percentages have stagnated for women in some career roles. One stall is the management field, in which there’s still unequal gender representation .

That’s probably why 77 percent of more than 15,000 women in an InHerSight survey say management opportunities from employers are most important to them.

Fortunately, there are companies out there that offer tons of management opportunities for women. Here’s a snapshot of five companies that score high in the “management opportunities for women” category on InHerSight:

First up is Netflix. The increasingly popular entertainment company boasts a culture of inclusion and diversity on its website. And it has the workforce demographics to prove it , especially in creative and corporate departments where 56 percent of employees are female.

The company lives up to its InHerSight rating of 4/5 stars in management positions for women, with tons of openings in California and at offices outside the U.S.

“This is not only the best place I've worked in general, but also one of the best places I've worked in terms of opportunities for women, good pay, and opportunities for women in the company to meet, network and learn. The benefits policies feel very progressive compared to other companies I've worked for. My teammates are generally more respectful and welcoming than other places I've worked, as well, and my team (in an engineering department, no less) is roughly 25% female, which is better than the industry average.”
