In this year’s Salary Satisfaction Report, we found that women working in the tech, financial services, and manufacturing industries report the highest salary satisfaction.
We’re still decades away from closing the gender pay gap in the United States, so anywhere women are feeling supported financially is a step in the right direction.
Keep in mind that while salary satisfaction is one of the top predictors of women’s overall job satisfaction, it is not the only indicator, so we’ve also listed the InHerSight score for the companies on our list.
