And yet, as a woman, finding salary satisfaction when it’s more likely you’re being undercompensated can be tough. At InHerSight women rate their companies across 16 different factors, including how satisfied they are, on a scale of 1 to 5, with their salary, merit increases, cost of living adjustments, and overall comp.
Thanks to data from hundreds of thousands of women, here’s a list of 20 companies where women report the highest satisfaction with their pay.
