Great company culture and increasing opportunities for growth and development. Trimble just launched a non-profit foundation to support disaster relief and women's education. Happy to hear that we have donated to CamFed ( to help women's education efforts in Africa. Proud to be a part of this!

Very Satisfied Rater

Sexual and gendered harassment ran rampant in the warehouse I worked at. Absolute 'boys club' where I was sexually harassed, and where women were preferred to be seen not heard, if they got hired at all. Treated terribly by male staff with no repercussions for them until outside (corporate level from out of town) HR was brought in on a sexual harassment case, at which point my career track was completely sidelined and I got backwatered. The only job I have ever quit for reasons besides a move.

Very Unsatisfied Rater

Trimble is a great company. They have initiatives for women's mentoring and networking programs, there are women in Senior leadership roles and opportunities for women to be promoted within the company. You do have to work hard and stand out from the rest but if you do, they will notice.

Very Satisfied Rater

Although Trimble is currently still male dominated and lacking sufficient support for new families, it is currently paying more attention to increasing awareness around diversity and supporting mothers and parents. I am hopeful that they will succeed with their efforts and I would like more talented women to join the crew and bring their voice to the table. This is a great place to work for women who want to combine engineering with creativity.

Satisfied Rater

There is room for improvement but women, and diversity and inclusion in general, is getting more focus these day and I'm definitely seeing some improvements. The customer base has pulled from historically male industries (construction, trucking, ag) but as Trimble becomes more software and services focused, am seeing more women come in to the company. I've seen that women tend to stay at Trimble once they join. It's a place where you can be challenged and there is a lot of opportunity if you are willing to go after it. Amount of flexibility has a lot to do with your particular manager, so not a ton of "women friendly" policies, but lots of good managers who do the right thing.
