You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.
The Leadership Coaching Centre of Excellence - Practice Support team is comprised of credentialed Coaches who provide one-on-one and group leadership coaching in order to accelerate leadership development by building leaders who are purpose-led and values-driven and by elevating coaching as a core component of our people strategy.

Other counseling related fields of study may be considered along with executive coaching experience.
Professional Executive Coaching certification from a reputable, International Coach Federation (ICF) recognized accredited, coach training program. International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (ACC) level or above is preferred.
Demonstrates thought-leader level abilities and knowledge of, and/or proven record of success in, learning and development, executive coaching and human capital in a partnership structure, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, emphasizing the following:
Working knowledge of executive/leadership coaching, group coaching and facilitation in order to be a credible and relevant resource for helping to create lasting behavioral change;
Demonstrating extensive experience and compelling public speaking presence with both large and small audiences inside the firm and externally;
Earning and maintaining trust and credibility in order to be effective and agile in leading leadership development efforts while also maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality;
Demonstrating success with talent and people management with technical/functional experience in leadership coaching, group coaching, leadership development, facilitation and team dynamics to support the firm's purpose and help to develop inclusive leaders in a digital world;
Leading coaching engagements and creating innovative approaches to developing internal and external senior associates, managers, directors and/or emerging leaders, tailoring coaching support to their specific needs, leadership and personal challenges, thereby accelerating their personal development and enabling them to contribute at the highest level throughout their careers;
Aligning and seamlessly integrating with the People team strategy and and adding value by driving a continued cultural shift of infinite learning and inclusive leadership;
Facilitating sessions and conducting group coaching at leadership development experiences with both large and small groups of staff at various levels in their career, across all business lines;
Leading and executing a wide range of strategic programs and initiatives with a firm-wide reach;
Building, managing and leveraging key relationships with partners, People team and other firm leadership to drive the most effective and efficient alignment of the LC CoE strategy across the firm;
Working autonomously and influencing without direct authority, liaising and coordinating with individuals, teams and various stakeholders across all parts of the firm to drive the LC CoE strategy;
Overseeing and executing the creation of high quality, high impact deliverables appropriate for partners, firm leaders and other key stakeholders and be viewed as adding thought leader-level value;
Providing strategic counsel and operational support to the LC CoE Leader and also L&D leader to achieve stated goals and objectives which support the firm's purpose;
Delivering relevant assessment tools, as needed, to support a customized leadership development experience for all individuals, teams and programs supported by the LC CoE;
Mentoring and overseeing the LC CoE team to support and expand their growth and development;
Authoring regular original thought leadership pieces in accordance with firm guidelines to expand and amplify the positive brand awareness of the LC CoE team both internally and externally to PwC;
Utilizing an array of digital skills to drive higher value, lower cost, and a tech-enabled learning experience;
Using design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototyping);
Using agile project management techniques (including sprint planning, backlog management and sprint review);
Maintaining knowledge of emerging learning technology trends and innovating with new learning technology tools;
Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making (leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.); and,
Leveraging the Google suite of tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.
