Very sexist atmosphere at times, mid and senior management is mostly men. The few times in the past year that I've gone to management about process or personnel issues I've been dismissed. Very few opportunities for professional development have been available to me over the years. We are give a lot of flexibility to work from home or adjusting hours which helps in caring for sick kids or going to school functions but some managers will hold it against you later if they don't see you in the office when they're there. Frustrating since there are a lot of very capable employees and the organization has great potential.
