For a company that employs 90% women there is absolutely crap health insurance and god forbid you get pregnant the TOP TIER insurance they offer will stop covering you around month 6! They absolutely do not want you taking the full 12 weeks they allow for leave and they prove that by not paying you a single dime when youre gone and you have to save every second of pto hours you can so you can still pay your bills. All cause you wanted to " be selfish" and start a family.

The manager, C.W. is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met. I am so glad i no longer work for her.

Lots of female peer bullying that was not properly handled in certain situations, had to Pump in the bathroom and was told that “it was good enough for other women” . Surprised that a company that is based mostly on women that there is no place for a new mother to pump while on the clock. Very accommodating to breaks for smoking employees but not non smokers who wanted to take a few minutes to rest btwn clients.

All I want is paid maternity leave and good healthcare. These should be human rights.
