Excellent Company to work for- fantastic benefits and competitive compensation package. It is a high stress position in which you are expected to work A LOT of hours if you expect to be successful- however you will be rewarded with what you put into it.

Good company but hard to have work life balance. Personally not fond of my current position but would suggest others to work here as long as they are making an educated decision.

Very Satisfied Rater

Great opportunities and pay incentives but you're going to be called every name in the book by angry customers. If you have anxiety it's extremely difficult.

Indifferent Rater

Comcast recently implemented 12 weeks 100% parental leave for the primary care giver after a baby is born.
