Diverse and comfortable.

Very Satisfied Rater

I loved the pay, but the job was boring. Call after call after call. Irritating people with irritating issues. There are like 3 possible reasons someone is calling in and it gets old.

Very Satisfied Rater

There are a lot of old fashioned men who with there. That's not always bad, but it's bad when they confuse sexism for chivalry.

Satisfied Rater

Comcast is a fragmented conglomerate of companies ("divisions," but the leaders are granted tremendous autonomy, so they are all run very differently) that have combined to a Colossus. In some of these divisions, women will find much more support than I have in mine. (Comcast Cable)

Unsatisfied Rater

Comcast was a pretty great place to work for as a woman, half of the staff and upper management were women and they took equality very seriously.
