Sarelle Caicedo

Sarelle Caicedo is a Chicagoland native and certified human resources professional with a decade of HR experience in the nonprofit, hospitality, retail, medical, and startup sectors. Sarelle volunteers as a career coach at Career Transitions Center of Chicago and has her own career and recruiting strategy business, Caicedo Careers. She has ample experience serving the HR function both from a tactful execution and strategic perspective and has interviewed and hired countless individuals onto well established as well as founding teams. As someone who has experienced career transitions herself, she is passionate about supporting others to gain clarity and purpose in their careers—whether it be new college grads, experienced professionals, or those with barriers to employment. While not serving clients and advocating for exceptional candidate and employee experiences, Sarelle loves to spend time with her nephews, explore Chicago's vast food scene, and enjoys a good comedy show.
