Dana Hundley (she/her) is a recruiting and people program consultant. Dana has recruited across industries, job functions and experience levels in agency, inhouse and consulting capacities. Along the way, she's built dynamic people programs from recruiting and communications strategies and interviewing processesses, to early talent & internship programs, to redeployment and internal mobility, and more. 

Coaching and creativity is at the heart of Dana's approach to talent, who’s own career transitions—tech and lifestyle public relations to agency recruiting to building employee development programs—inspire what she loves to do: build talent programs and coach individuals to dream and explore the wide world of career possibilities, and then strategize action plans to make those happen.
