Working as a Senior Product
Development Manager on the Digital IVR & Routing Team, you will explore the
customer needs as well as develop insights about the needs of the customer that
pertain to the AT&T IVR.  The primary objective of this role is to
Create/Expand/Modify IVR capabilities that will meet the business requirements
and meet the customer needs/wants.  To achieve this objective, you will
work with technology and UX teams to identify the set of features that will be
needed to create (or modify or expand) the IVR capability.  Furthermore,
you will be responsible for the prioritization and alignment of the features
based on value targeting in a product roadmap.

For each feature, partner
with business, technology and UX teams to define the minimum viable product
(MVP) that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment and
scrum with UX and tech teams to work on backlog grooming, prioritize bug fixes,
UX improvements and feature expansion/elimination. You will also be the
spokesperson for the status of delivery, KPIs and business requirements to MPV
executives, portfolio, business and other product teams.  Evangelizing the
product features and capabilities with other product managers and business
owners to continuously add value to the larger org.

Desired Qualifications

  • College degree in Engineering / Management / Computer
    Science Applications
  • Understanding call center process and environment
  • Experience with IVR and Call Routing desired
  • Strong analysis, organization and planning skills
  • Strong project and program
    management experience in a technical and non-technical environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead,
    influence and persuade others
  • Must have strong interpersonal
    skills and communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
  • Knowledge of company policies,
    customer service, operations and departmental functions
  • Intermediate to advanced
    knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook   
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum
