Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Provide business system analysis services to support and execute on small subjects, low to medium complexity systems or is part of a project team. Delivery of solutions for small/local parts of existing business processes. Typical team member, occasionally receiving guidance from more senior team members. Drives flexible, measurable and efficient stakeholder collaboration, allowing projects to better identify and meet stakeholder expectations, improve quality, support delivery on time, and on budget with a consistent way of working.  As a Business Systems Analyst in the role of Product Owner:  responsible for defining and prioritizing the team backlog. The product owner is the voice of the customer within the scrum team and ensures business critical and priority features and user stories are covered in each sprint.

You are a part of

Philips Lifeline connects individuals to the support of neighbors, friends and emergency services in the community. The individual served is able to directly contact trained staff 24 hours a day from around their home and away from home by simply pressing a button. A personal response associate assesses the individual’s needs and quickly sends the appropriate support. Over 40 years, Philips Lifeline has provided this service to more than 4 million people across North America.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2+ years work experience, preferably in Business Analysis or Product Owner
  • Business process analysis experience required
  • Exposure to using SAFe Agile and/or LEAN methodologies
  • Exposure to user story mapping
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
  • Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. Candidates need to live within the territory or within commuting distance to this location.
