Sr. Field Inventory Analyst

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

deliver innovative insights by merging multiple data sets, performing advanced analyses, and creating compelling data visualizations.

You are responsible for

  • Project Management, executing against project plans to identify and mitigate delivery risks
  • Communicating and gain buy-in of stakeholders
  • Focusing on developing and implementing inventory management solutions
  • Supporting new product launches
  • Commercial Data Management – Field Inventory: ability to organize, cleanse, manipulate, and maintain large data sets
  • Effectively interpreting information to drive business initiatives and regulations
  • Calculating key performance indicators for asset management and field inventory optimization
  • Process Optimization and Quality, ensuring information management systems meet business needs
  • Incorporating quality control procedures into day to day activities
  • Implementing inventory process controls including service, turn rates & expiration management
  • Analytical Experience, ability to create visualizations that clearly illustrate results for non-technical personnel
  • Must display critical thinking skills, including the ability to assess numbers, trends, and data in order to reach new conclusions based on findings
  • Reporting and Communication, providing clear and effective communication to stakeholders
  • Being able to interface closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive inventory strategies

You are a part of

Our field assets team applying rigorous quality control and process to your day-to-day activities to ensure 100% accuracy on consignment and in-field products. You will working with multiple teams to connect business strategy and analytics and apply our in-depth knowledge of business processes and analysis to make you a trusted advisor.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in analytics function such as sales operations, finance, IT, etc.
  • 5+ years of medical device experience
  • 7+ years experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution or Program Management
  • Organization / Time management , ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with sales teams, business intelligence, data visualization, and CRM tools such SF, SAP and Oracle
  • Proficiency with Excel macros, and the potential to use advanced decision support analytical tools, QlikView, WaveMark and decision analysis software, Monte Carlo simulation, optimization
  • Ability to navigate a complex matrix environment and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to successfully work on cross functional projects/teams
