Our favorite time of year is here again! For three years now, Women of Influence, our celebratory end-of-year campaign, has honored the remarkable women who shape their companies, industries, and communities. What began as a way to spotlight exceptional women nominated by our employer partners has evolved into a cherished tradition, allowing us to share the inspiring stories of women who innovate, lead with purpose, mentor others, and balance many roles both at work and in their personal lives.
This year, we're thrilled to introduce the 2025 Women of Influence honorees. In the words of their peers and coworkers, these women uplift others with a "basket of positivity," exemplify people-first leadership, build the next generation of leaders, and foster a wellness-driven culture.
Each is reshaping what it means to lead with empathy, vision, and strategic thinking. Their tireless contributions, both big and small, remind us of the power of leadership that is rooted in collaboration and growth.
Meet the extraordinary women of 2025 below.
