I'm very proud to be a part of the S&P Global organization. Every day I see new leadership opportunities for women in areas traditionally dominated by men in the financial, data and tech companies. The S&P Global Market Intelligence Division has recently named a female Chief Commercial Officer, Ellen Boyle, which is very exciting. There's always room to grow, however, I feel strongly that our leadership values equal opportunities for all and takes diversity very seriously.
