We are looking for a Program Manager, GTM - Hardware for the Americas to drive several program efforts under their leadership and work across functions to ensure successful Go-To-Market launch executions for our strata - Hardware products and align all aspects of GTM to extend our success in the firewall market. We are looking for someone who can put a bullseye on the backs of specific competitors and accelerate taking their market share. We need a person who thrives in a fast and collaborative environment and has a proven track record as a strategic doer and organizer. You will work on a broad set of initiatives related to market opportunity, product launch, competitive landscape and go to market planning for our industry-leading Cybersecurity products.
Accelerate the taking of the market share for our Strata - Hardware (HW) product by executing the HW - GTM strategy
Conduct competitive analysis and understand the competitive GTM landscape for our strata - hardware products to identify how we can improve our GTM motion
Drive and align on the pricing, promotions, programs, positioning, decisions with the various stakeholders
Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Channel Sales to make improvements and accelerate growth
Structure and package analyses, strategies and recommendations into highly effective, compelling communication and presentations to various audiences, including senior executives
Build strong relationships and seek input from the theater/country sales organization to drive initiatives, and receive continuous feedback from key contacts
Knowledge of the Cybersecurity product landscape and enterprise B2B sales highly desired
A self-starter and leader with strong business judgment and demonstrated project management experience
Outstanding communication and presentation skills; must be comfortable interacting extensively with executive staff
