We are looking for a Senior Manager of Strategic Go-To-Market Insights & Analytics to be the analytical thought partner to the Go-To-Market leaders of our firewall hardware and subscription businesses. You will take co-ownership of driving the Go-To-Market strategy by providing a strategic and data-driven viewpoint on opportunities, issues, initiatives, and planning for the business utilizing both internal and external data sources.
We need a person who thrives in a fast and collaborative environment and has a proven track record as a strategic doer and organizer; someone who can bridge the bigger picture with the details and deliver recommendations in a structured, compelling, and logical manner. This will be an individual contributor role - comfort with rolling up your sleeves is a must!
Be the key thought partner to the NGFW (Firewall) GTM Leadership team, proactively bringing up key recommendations for improving the business and being seen as the go-to person for issues requiring strategic analytics
Perform data-driven deep-dives on the business to find opportunities for improvement and help structure/prioritize initiatives to be driven as a result
Partner with an initiative execution team to translate broad insights into concrete initiatives that can be executed at the sales rep level with consideration for the different markets and geographies that we play in
Provide thought leadership around how to measure the health of the business through key performance indicators and proactively flag emerging issues
Model various business scenarios and provide recommendations to optimize decision making
Structure and package analyses, strategies and recommendations into highly effective, compelling communication and presentations to various audiences, including senior executives
Build strong relationships across the sales organization to drive initiatives and share insights, including strong ties with the broader sales analytics community
Ensure on-time delivery of initiatives, programs, and projects with high quality and clear communication
5-10 years of Sales Strategy, Sales Analytics, Strategic Consulting, FP&A, or equivalent experience combining strategy and analytics with demonstrated steady career progression and growing scope of responsibility; MBA preferred but not required
Excellent analytical, modeling and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgement; ease in understanding how detailed drivers impact the bigger picture
Can turn numbers into a compelling story for easy executive consumption
Knowledge of the Cybersecurity product landscape and enterprise B2B sales preferred not required
A self-starter and leader with strong business judgement and demonstrated history of developing strong business partner relationships at the executive level with minimal supervision
Outstanding communication and presentation skills; must be comfortable interacting extensively with executive staff
