Exec Management lacks leadership and some bad apples spoil the bunch at the director level.

"Having it all" at LogMeIn as a new mother is challenging. It is still too much of a male dominated tech company. All top leadership is alpha-male. The 13 weeks of maternity leave (a portion of it paid) is decent. They also provide lactation rooms which unfortunately typically get booked by male developers for naps and watching movies.
