It's a great job, but not a career unless you plan on being a GM or owner.
Employees were not allowed to communicate outside of work, lack of allowing women to deal with child issues, no breaks, even if child is sick you a required to have doctors note, men were given more leaway.
Easy job. Nice respectful boss.
My assistant general manager (m, 23) asked me (f, 17) if my sister and her boyfriend were at home “fucking like bunnies”. i quit, he got one week suspension because they “couldn’t tell if it was directed at me”.
Terrible management. Nothing done about sexual harassment or verbal disclosure of my sexual orientation.
There are a lot of perks that don't fit in a fast food environment. There's no game room, but why should there be. Accomodations would be made for breastfeeding, but there's no designated spot for it, just like we don't have on site day care. It's a pizza shop. However, women tend to last longer and get promoted at a pretty high frequency.
After working 11 years, this is my favorite job so far.
Probably one of the best and most fun places to work!
They believe in family first.
Generally speaking it was good first job, definitely felt like i learned more there than in my other jobs and i recieved the most respect from my fellow employees there but i wouldn't recommend it as a long term job
Little Caesars gives women the opportunity to be managers and have equal treatment; the problem is that all employees are treated extremely badly. They make impossible demands, then fire or punish people when those demands aren't met. Managers work 80+ hours a week, because it's required, then they are told that they need to work more, because their labor is bad. They are given vacation time, on paper, but they can never take it, because they need to work those hours to keep their jobs. It's a horrific, lose/lose situation. I'm out, but I still have friends employed there who can't find other jobs. It breaks my heart to see them mistreated, underpaid, and overworked. It should be illegal to treat management that way. The lowest employees have some protection, even if they aren't paid what they should be and don't get enough time to complete given tasks. Management is even worse, though.
It's okay but women assistant managers were paid less than males in the same position.
Been working here for 6 years. You start off part time and only co-managers and General managers are full time. It's fast food so the job is fast paced. The people you will work with are mostly teens or in their early 20's. The job is good for someone that needs a second job, most managers are flexible with the schedule.
Few good opportunities
