While Gartner offers a lot of perks, like generous PTO, you never get to use it being in sales.

The lack of maternity leave is appalling. As a multi billion dollar corporation, its just stingy to refuse that.

Very Unsatisfied Rater

Overall a great company; but not all Managers are created equal.

Satisfied Rater

No work/life balance at all as they are completely unflexible in regards to working mums.

This is an old boy's club and the people (men and women) who succeed have a stay-at-home parent or support staff to help. Although there may be less pressure than the Big 4 Consulting firms, they also offer less support. The system is set to reward those who fit into the boys club.
