Just filed complaint for guidance on
Hostile workplace. I have no path for advancement, and my major r&d advancement for the company has HURT my career and helped my male team members.
In Erie they know they have us in a corner and play lip service to helping us.

Very Unsatisfied Rater

Very difficult environment for females to advance at equal work.
Offers from IT to assist with data based transparency initiatives were met with the comment there was " no appetite" for data based, fact finding to prove what is obvious. See fairness ratings-j.d. power.
