Comments

There is an overall desire to be the best in the industry and to grow. If you are a clinician or executive you will experience this more. If you are in a support role or hourly employee not so much. The PTO is minimal and they make you use all of it if you are sick or on leave. The COO has stated he doesn't like working from home so he doesn't support telecommuting for others. The work life balance is difficult but the people seem nice.
