I love it! I love the clothes and the environment, especially in a company where women make up the majority of the staff all the way from sales associates to CEO's
A culture of supporting women and development.
This company does not appreciate what their sales people do to sell their products.
The hours were flexible but the pay wasn’t the greatest. I liked my coworkers and had fun working at the location. I didn’t like that you couldn’t be full time and there were no benefits. The only benefit was the discount and it was 50 off and sometimes 70 percent off.
I’m a sales associate in Boca Raton, and have been there for just over a year. I absolutely love it! I love my coworkers, the product, what the company stands for, and I love providing our clients with a positive experience!
They always market to the public with campaigns about female empowerment, and they sell mostly women’s work apparel, but based on how they treat their staff in stores (particularly with sick leave, family leave, and maternity care), I’d say they don’t give two f**ks about women.
I loved my coworkers and fellow store managers but the RVP and district manager that she chose after my most cherished DM left was extremely unprofessional and lazy.
Love working for the Ann Taylor company. Going on 4 years!
Fun environment with lots of cool ladies. Employee discount is bomb!
Very flexible schedule. My bosses were always team players. They encourage internal promotions.
If you want to be taken advantage of constantly than this is the company for you. I got emergency called in more than a surgeon, low pay, high stress, and if you work full time but aren't full time then they back pay you and ask you to "play the game" to get promoted.
Working for LOFT was one of the least pleasant things I've ever done in my life. I was absolutely NEVER treated with respect.
