Comments

The nature of the sales role is not especially family friendly because of the travel involved, but that is by no intentional bias of the company. There are a lot of women in management, including our current CEO. Women are definitely treated as equals in the workplace.

Very Satisfied Rater
Mid-Level

Despite being very progressive in a wide variety of areas, American Fidelity fails to provide any paid maternity/paternity leave for parents. It's a sign that they do not value family, motherhood or their female colleagues in the manner they should.
