Pooja Kothari is the founder of Boundless Awareness, where she is an expert facilitator, trainer, and consultant on anti-oppression practices, equity and inclusion. Kothari practiced as a public defender in Brooklyn, NY for 7 years where she witnessed firsthand how deep racism, classis, sexism, transphobia and homophobia are ingrained in the criminal justice system. At Boundless Awareness, Kothari uses interactive and experiential exercises to address bias and oppression in workplace culture.
