Nathalie Bonafé

Women's health advocate

Nathalie Bonafé, PhD, is a women's health advocate and transition coach specializing in menopause and end-of-life issues. She helps women navigate and thrive at perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause, by providing customized evidence-based education, coaching, and holistic (non medical) support.

Nathalie's passion for supporting people, women in particular, holistically, stems from her extensive background and experience in biomedical sciences, first aquired at the University of Montpellier I, at the C.N.R.S., France, and the National Institutes of Health, USA. She later worked in multidisciplinary teams at the Yale School of Medicine and the biotech industry, before tapping into her own purpose as a solo entrepreneur. She is a certified end-of-life and elder care doula, a grief doula, a facilitator of menopause and death cafes, and an accredited Menopause Champion by the Menopause Experts Group Limited, London, UK, offering Menopause in the workplace training (USA).
