Erica Alcantara Aros, PhD

Workplace culture consultant

Erica Aros (she/her), Ph.D., is a leadership and workplace culture consultant through her small business, Mentor Culture Consulting. Her research and expertise is in mentorship and how professional mentorship impacts career advancement, especially for women of color. Through Mentor Culture Consulting, her goal is to provide leadership training for organizations that want to strengthen their culture of mentorship and inclusion. She is also a mom of two young kids and a full-time director at a public four-year university, where she also serves as an instructor for leadership courses.
