Adeola Ajani

CEO and Founder

Adeola Ajani is the Chief Executive Officer at Fem Equity, a leading tech-enabled social impact organization that provides financial education and professional development to women and underrepresented individuals for them to thrive in tangible ways in society and disrupt the multibillion-dollar gender pay gap. Her personal and authentic understanding of being a black career woman wanting to achieve pay equity, understanding that pain intimately, and being a thought leader in the future of the workplace makes her an expert in this space. Leveraging her professional experience, financial background, and demonstrated commitment to the global eradication of racial and gender inequities led the Fem Equity organization to be handpicked for several highly selective programs. Those programs, include the TEDCO's Open Institute for Black Women Entrepreneur Excellence (OIBWEE), John Hopkins Social Innovation Lab, and Techstars Founder Catalyst in Partnership with J.P. Morgan & Chase.
