The Director of Global Channel Marketing, is responsible for leading a team of channel marketing managers to establish account/channel marketing plans that will drive sell through that meets/beats goals. The Director of Channel Marketing owns ensuring Tile products placement in store is in the best possible location for success and that the merchandising, including POP, will enable customers to easily see, understand and purchase our products. They will also own establishing and executing on an annual promotional plan, focusing on determining goals, measuring and reporting on ROI as well as communicating to customers in a timely manner. This leader will collaborate with sales leadership to determine appropriate account assortments and pricing. Additionally, the Director of Channel Marketing will work closely with internal Tile Marketing team members and external agencies to ensure that key messages are communicated across retail including retail corporate office employees, store associates, websites, in-store and various marketing vehicles. This position requires analytical capabilities, project management skills, leadership and relationship building skills and budget management expertise.
