About the Role:

RealSelf is looking for a dynamic IT Support Specialist to support rapid company growth and the constant improvement in the delivery of IT resources and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of customer service and technical skills to deliver a secure, reliable work environment. This person will be the first point of contact for technical support and has a knack for communicating with people at varying technical aptitude levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support an exclusively Mac enterprise
  • Hands-on IT responsibilities
  • Support IT policies & standards in a fast-growing company
  • Consistently deliver on IT Service Level Agreements
  • Customer orientation and training
  • Proactively discover and resolve IT-related problems
  • Support and manage SaaS systems, networking, corporate apps running in AWS
  • Keep digital assets organized and inventory up to date
  • Repair and set-up laptops as needed

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with macOS
  • 3-4 years providing helpdesk support 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Previous experience assisting with onboarding and offboarding of new systems
  • Metrics-focused: understands how to measure SLA & satisfaction goals
  • Manage networking and applications in a cloud-based environment
  • Manage and support an exclusively Mac enterprise
  • Familiar with Okta / g Suite / Zoom / Slack
  • Remote and onsite troubleshooting (Chrome, softphones, laptop, hardware, SaaS systems)
  • Ability to work closely with engineers and operations where IT and production systems cross
  • Ability to self-manage deadlines, SLAs, and service quality, identifying and proactively correcting issues
  • Proven track-record of systems troubleshooting skills in a variety of environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Meraki, JAMF, softphones, AWS, Windows, Linux
  • Experience supporting teams with job-critical needs
  • Experience supporting Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery plans for work teams
  • Experience mentoring or supporting early-career IT professionals

Travel:

Travel is not anticipated for this role.

Work Environment:

Due to COVID-19, our entire company is currently remote.  The RealSelf office sits in a historic Pioneer Square building. Employees also have the option to bring their dogs to work!
