Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:
Generating new business, proposal writing and delivery in the area of Human Resource, Management, or Workforce Analytics Consulting;
Working with complex modeling based on employee data, employee survey results, and quantitative statistical analysis;
Working with statistical software, SQL and data visualizations software;
Problem-solving including the ability to clearly define problems, collect data (primary and secondary), establish facts, draw valid conclusions and influence others to implement recommendations;
Working with and leading multiple projects, with a demonstrated initiative in starting, managing and completing multiple concurrent projects;
Performing advanced research and analysis, as well as program, project, and process management and,
Presenting information, including the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to leadership using extensive oral communication and interpersonal abilities.
