As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above
  • Be involved in the financial management of clients
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
  • Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
  • Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
  • Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
  • Train, coach, and supervise team members
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand

PwC People Analytics is a global leader in organizational assessment and HR analytics. We are currently looking for individuals who can help support and grow our talent modeling and measurement practice. An ideal candidate will help manage, develop and deliver customized solutions for our clients, including developing competency models, skills libraries, and talent and leadership assessments.

Job Requirements and Preferences: 

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree

Required Fields of Study: 
Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, International Business, Management, Quantitative Finance

Minimum Years of Experience: 
5 year(s) 

Required Knowledge and Skills: 

The role will require the individual to work directly with clients across industries as well as be part of a dynamic team involved in delivering services around talent assessments, competency modeling, skills identification/library creation and general talent architecture consulting support.

Client responsibilities include:

  • Working with management to establish a strategy for each client and project;
  • Setting and managing client expectations;
  • Determining and managing project deadlines and deliverables;
  • Overseeing quality assurance of all project deliverables;
  • Developing long-term client relationships and help with business development;
  • Coordinating with the project team to establish projects are done on time, within budget and meet client expectations;
  • Creating and delivering results presentations to client executives; and,
  • Working with management to develop insights and advise clients on industry leading practices.

Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Industrial Psychology, Public Policy Analysis

Preferred Knowledge/Skills: 

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in developing, delivering and analyzing individual assessments, including competency modeling and skills library development (this is a key criteria). 

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in talent management, workforce planning, and HR measurement within complex multi-national companies.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in general HR industry leading practices and ways to optimize its effectiveness within a business. 

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success with technical skills in the area of HR and workforce measurement including setting measurement standards, project managing data collection and data analysis. 

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs, including the following areas:

  • Participating in client discussions and meetings actively;
  • Demonstrating proven ability with verbal and written communication skills; and,
  • Understanding project management including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project timelines and budgets with the occurrence of unanticipated issues. 

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

  • Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members;
  • Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner;
  • Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues; and,
  • Working on multiple projects at one point in time.
