As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above
Be involved in the financial management of clients
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
Train, coach, and supervise team members
Continue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand
PwC People Analytics is a global leader in organizational assessment and HR analytics. We are currently looking for individuals who can help support and grow our talent modeling and measurement practice. An ideal candidate will help manage, develop and deliver customized solutions for our clients, including developing competency models, skills libraries, and talent and leadership assessments.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
The role will require the individual to work directly with clients across industries as well as be part of a dynamic team involved in delivering services around talent assessments, competency modeling, skills identification/library creation and general talent architecture consulting support.
Client responsibilities include:
Working with management to establish a strategy for each client and project;
Setting and managing client expectations;
Determining and managing project deadlines and deliverables;
Overseeing quality assurance of all project deliverables;
Developing long-term client relationships and help with business development;
Coordinating with the project team to establish projects are done on time, within budget and meet client expectations;
Creating and delivering results presentations to client executives; and,
Working with management to develop insights and advise clients on industry leading practices.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success with technical skills in the area of HR and workforce measurement including setting measurement standards, project managing data collection and data analysis.
