Job Requirements and Preferences: The Alteryx Developer will design and develop ETL workflows and data sets in Alteryx. They will implement process automation solutions using some of the leading Data Analytic tools and/or other emerging automation technologies.
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
Additional Educational Requirements:
In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 year(s)
Degree Preferred: Master Degree
Preferred Fields of Study: Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Mathematics
Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client and business needs by:
Designing and developing ETL workflows and datasets in Alteryx;
Designing and implementing process automation solutions using some of the leading Data Analytic tools and/or other emerging automation technologies;
Understanding process improvement, familiar with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.;
Working in full life cycle of automation solution implementation;
Presenting, writing and communicating in public and private meeting forums with business leaders;
Producing detailed support documents to match the solution designs and advising a team of functional consultants on aspects around delivery of the solution;
Assisting with the enablement of a centralized automation operation to maximize ROI for on and off shore centers/organizations; and
Understanding business requirements and converting them into automation solutions;
Delivering solutions that optimize processes across business strategies and technology capabilities.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:
Demonstrating considerable analytical skills and ability to improvise configuration;
Performing business and data analytics both as an individual contributor and team member and identifying and addressing business/client needs;
