As Head of Sales at Bright Wolf you are a member of the senior leadership team, responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of sales performance toward the company’s continued success.

You will provide leadership in all the sales and customer relations aspects of the business, including closing new business as well as the development and maintenance of relationships that provide mutual value to Bright Wolf and our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build the Bright Wolf sales organization, including people, methods, and practices
  • Develop strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote continued sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization
  • Ensure a continuous pipeline of new business from both existing and new customers
  • Maintain an accurate sales forecast and contribute substantially to the business planning activities of the company
  • Coordinate with marketing to inform and maximize the effectiveness of demand generation
  • Travel as needed to support customer relationships and close new business

Qualifications:

  • Progressive world class enterprise software technology sales and service professional with extensive experience closing 6- and 7-figure deals
  • Belief and proficiency in consultative selling practices
  • Significant relevant experience in a similar position with a similar stage company to Bright Wolf, including with technology products and services or technology-enabled services organizations
  • A strong desire to improve your craft and to have a durable impact on your peers and customers
  • Pronounced ability to establish and maintain alignment between company and clients
  • Talent for strategic thinking, combined with tactical problem solving
  • Proficiency across the entire customer relationship cycle within a profitable growth business
  • Very strong current references
