Job Requirements and Preferences:
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 year(s)
Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Preparing and releasing documents in a variety of formats;
Leveraging extensive use of business standard suites of technologies (Microsoft Office suite, Google at Work, Jive-based platforms, Adobe, Eloqua, etc.) and an understanding about preparing and releasing documents in a variety of formats;
Utilizing various on-line application tools, including email releases, Content Management Systems, lotus notes databases;
Utilizing abstract development for technical documents, utilizing data analysis, metric creation, adherence to technical brand and style guidelines, proofreading, and project management;
Understanding development, editing and release of videos, podcasts, webcasts;
Creating and releasing of newsletters, news blasts; and,
Demonstrating knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager platform is a plus.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success the following areas:
Applying critical thinking to projects assigned;
Using technology for content distribution, advanced editing, abstract development, and proofreading of assurance technical content and business standard platforms/software for formatting documents based on brand and style guidelines;
Communicating in a succinct, precise and tactful manner with senior management, clients, peers, and staff and supervising teams and reviewing others work;
Coordinating timely completion of project deliverables with subject matter specialists and department and/or business unit leaders;
Understanding project management of multi-layered projects across various teams; and,
Working well independently and as part of a multi-discipline team.
