In this role, you have the opportunity to
Perform Visual, functional testing, product verification and recording of inspection results in a fast paced environment.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections.
- Work and collaborate with different departments with projects
- Drive Problem solving and investigations on the floor with different departments.
- Participate in daily management meetings and kaizen events.
- Assist with calibration program.
- Assist with validations.
- Assist and drive closures of NCMRs.
- Assist and drive closures of CAPAs.
- Assist with any other job deemed important by management.
You are a part of
A team who identity quality and production issues to improve the safety and reliability of our products. This person will work within Philips Oral Healthcare team in Bothell, WA.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- 2 years of experience in a similar role (in-process or incoming inspector experience)
- Use of measurement tools in manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and oral communication
- Ability to work in team setting
- Ability to show results in a past moving consumer good environment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Prefer knowledge or lean/continuous improvement concepts
