You get paid a lot right out of the gate with no experience. It’s so hot during the summer d/t no a/c out on the production floor. Warm during the winter, it is a union company and has a point system to go off of for days off. Unfortunately things happen to where they try to make it where you can get things you want.

Not female friendly. Unsafe Work environment. No sick days. Expect to work 6 days per week and not have a life. Forced overtime, unexpected schedule changes at the last minute, long shifts sometimes. Hardly any women work here. Since it's a union shop, there are many terrible employees. I have witnessed harassment, sexual harassment, misconduct, violence, threats from employees, physical violence, and unsafe acts. Safety culture is poor. The union does little to protect employees. High turnover. Not a good place to work if you have a family or children.

STEER CLEAR! Good ol' boys club. Women are treated as disposable objects.
