Hi everyone -- I would say I'm at the mid-level of my career in higher ed, but I'm thinking about a switch to an entirely different field. Actually, I'm considering a drastic change that would mean moving back to my home state and opening up a hospitality business. I'm admittedly homesick, but I feel really passionate about the vision I have for this business. Have any of you thought of ditching your career for a big move, and if so, what kept you in the job or what made you take the risk? Thanks!
